Telecommunications convenience

Bluetooth® connectivity (as standard) allows you to pair your Bluetooth®-enabled mobile to the car’s head unit. This enables you to operate the telephone via the keypad or multi-function steering wheel, as well as allowing you to download and store information from your telephone to the COMAND system.

The standard GL-Class telephone pre-wiring solution comes with hands-free facility and aerial, and can be operated via the multi-function steering wheel or the keypad fitted to the car’s COMAND system. A cradle that corresponds to your telephone handset is also available from our accessories range*, to use in conjunction with telephone pre-wiring. This provides the added convenience of handset charging.
