* Exclusions from the Mercedes-Benz Scheduled Service Plan

The Mercedes-Benz Scheduled Service Plan shall not include or provide under its liability the following:

a) Additional servicing or maintenance, parts or lubricants to perform maintenance not detailed in the vehicle service schedule or recommended by Mercedes-Benz

b) Warrants of Fitness

c) Vehicle registration and government licensing requirements

d) Items subject to normal wear and tear including tyres, wheel alignments, brakes, wiper blades, oil top-ups, bulb replacement, suspension components

e) Consequential damage due to neglect in relation to periodic and scheduled servicing

f) Breakages - glass, lenses, mirrors

g) Paint - touch-up of stone chips, repair of damage to body and wheels

h) Costs to the repair of items or assemblies not standard to the vehicle or non-genuine parts installed by the owner

i) Damage - any damage caused by the owner/driver

* Transfer of Mercedes-Benz Scheduled Service Plan

The Mercedes-Benz Scheduled Service Plan will be transferable provided the vehicle is on-sold through an authorised Mercedes-Benz Dealership. Vehicles sold privately or through non-authorised dealerships will not maintain the Mercedes-Benz Scheduled Service Plan.
